Pieminster is continuing its expansion across the UK with the acquisition of a third site in London, this time on Leather Lane.
It will mean that the British pie-maker, originally founded in 2003 in Bristol, will take its total of outlets to eight.
Jon Simon and Tristan Hogg are the two entrepreneurs behind the business and have bought the lease on what was once Le Regal cafe.
Simon Chaplin, head of restaurants at Christie + Co, which negotiated the sale, said: "Leather Lane, situated as it is in the heart of a busy commercial area and with the world-renowned jewellery quarter Hatton Garden on its doorstep, is ideal for Jon and Tristan to further exploit the unique Pieminister brand."
Three of the Pieminster's own shops are in its city of origin, with one in Stoke-on-Trent and another in Oxford, as well as the ones situated in London.
Pieminster also supplies its pastry delicacies to a number of pubs, restaurants and festivals in order for as many people as possible to enjoy them.
Pieminster recently took a converted ice cream van on a tour of the UK for British Pie Week in which it distributed free pies to a number of lucky people.
